Ordering FAQ

All prints and giclee's fit in standard, off the shelf frames. No custom fitting needed.  

 

Is my credit card secure?
Yes! All payments through our shopping cart are taken by E-Bay's Pay Pal, who uses the most secure encrytion technology available. No credit information is kept.

Shipping and Handling:
All orders are carefully hand packed and shipped either by Priority Mail  See shipping chart for costs.

Delivery Time:
Orders are shipped within 5 business days, as they may have to be specially printed for you. (shipping does not include weekends and holidays). We'll email you with expected delivery time.

Returns and Refund Policy:
We understand that shopping online limits your ability to examine your purchases and we want you to be satisfied with your order. Items may be returned within a period of 30 days after you receive the merchandise, and a refund will be made if the items are in re-salable condition (return shipping will be on you). If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, all charges will be refunded.

Sales Tax:
All Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax. There are no sales taxes for shipping to other states.

Referrals
If you refer two people who buy our products, you will receive 15% off your next purchase. Have them mention your name at time of their purchase.
